Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the c210 platform (including the website, mobile app, and related services), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the c210 platform.
These terms form a binding agreement between you as the user and c210 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
The c210 platform is only available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using any services offered. c210 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to close any account found to be in breach of this requirement.

- If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you are required to notify the c210 support team immediately at [email protected].
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. c210 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
- Users are prohibited from using the c210 platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
- The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools to exploit the c210 system is strictly prohibited.
- Users are not permitted to share, transfer, or sell their account to any other party.
- Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit the system, or engage in dishonest conduct will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action.
Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the c210 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users may make deposits via supported local payment methods, including FPX (instant fund transfers via major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other online payment methods available at the time.
C210 is not responsible for any additional charges, fees, or surcharges imposed by financial institutions or third-party payment providers. Users are advised to review the terms of their chosen payment method before completing any transaction.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified in the name of the c210 account holder. c210 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests that appear suspicious or do not meet the required verification procedures. All transactions are final and non-reversible, except in technical circumstances determined by c210.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and up to date. c210 will not be liable for any losses arising from incorrect or outdated payment details submitted by the user.
Account Policy, Liability & Intellectual Property
C210 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, multiple account usage, or conduct detrimental to the platform. Any balance in an account closed due to a terms violation will not be refunded.
The c210 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. c210 makes no warranty that the service will operate without interruption or error. c210 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.
All content on the c210 platform — including logos, text, images, interface design, software code, and multimedia materials — is the exclusive property of c210 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any such content without prior written permission from c210.

The c210 platform may include links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers, game suppliers, and technical support services. c210 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any linked third-party websites or services. Use of such third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk and subject to their respective terms.

C210 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on the c210 platform.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation.
